How is an order shipped?

Your order is shipped after confirmation. You receive the tracking number by email. If you need it soon for a ceremony or gift, message us on WhatsApp on +39 371 317 4147 before ordering: we will check availability and preparation times.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free in Italy on orders of €180 or more. For other orders, the cost is shown in the cart before payment. We also offer home delivery in Foggia: call us on 0881 774808 to arrange it.

Can I collect my order from the shop in Foggia?

Yes, in-store collection is free at Corso Cairoli 39 a/b/c. Call us for information on when your order will be ready. At the boutique, you can try on the item and ask for a size exchange.

How do returns work?

You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. In-store returns are free. Courier returns cost €6.50, which is deducted from the refund. If an item is faulty or does not conform to the contract, we cover the return cost. Email ecommerce@ifiglidipapa.it or call us.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery. In-store exchanges are free and immediate if the size is available. If you are outside Foggia, message us on WhatsApp first: we will check size availability and explain how to send the item.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express credit cards, PayPal, Klarna in three monthly instalments at no extra cost, and cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDC) through Coinbase Commerce. Payment takes place at Shopify checkout.

Where is the shop and what are the opening hours?

The I figli di Papà boutique has been at Corso Cairoli 39 a/b/c, 71121 Foggia, since 1986. Opening hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30–13:00 and 16:45–20:30; closed on Sundays. Phone 0881 774808, WhatsApp +39 371 317 4147.

Which brands can I find at I figli di Papà?

For babies, children and teenagers: Armani, Polo Ralph Lauren, Moschino, Balmain, Maison Margiela, Monnalisa, Bonpoint, Etro, Fay, Herno, Palm Angels, Woolrich, Peuterey, Jeckerson, Roy Roger's, Simonetta and The North Face. The selection also includes MAX&Co. for girls and Anonyme for women. Check each collection for available lines and sizes.
